Excellent experience. I brought our truck in for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and thoroughness in the experience. We are not from this area and were just here visiting for the week. I told the guy who helped us that it was the most pleasant and thorough oil change we have ever had. This is my go to place for oil changes. The staff are always top notch and extremely professional!! They greet you before you can get your car into park!! Keep up the great work.
Unbelievable! Terrible service. I had to sit in my car behind 8 cars all jammed together and not one car went through to be washed! No one paying attention that all the cars were sitting with no one sending cars through. I had to finally say something before they workers took charge. I'm ending my monthly membership. It shouldn't take 50 minutes to drive your own car through for a wash (exterior only to boot) Back to the wash by outlets!!
The commercial regarding the oil stop was not what we experienced. First, they offered us a drink but never brought it. Secondly, they took over an hour. Yes the people are friendly, but we really didn't want to hangout with them for over an hour. We were annoyed after the constant sales pitch.

Friendly, fast, honest and great service. I really like that I can sit in my car while they work on my car. They even offer you a choice of beverages.
Unbelievable customer service. Yes, they ask a million questions and try to upsell products/services but all you have to do is say no thank you if you're not interested.
We are preparing to sell our 2003 Toyota Highlander and brought it to Isabel for detailing at Oilstop Drive Thru Car Wash. She and her crew promised AND DELIVERED an immaculate car. Our little SUV is so clean no one will believe it is a 2003. Just look at the cleaning they did on the headlights! Thank you, Isabel!
First time getting my oil changed here, and had an awesome experience. My oil was changed and then off I went. They are very fast and didn't pressure me into buying more services. They did ask though, and whenever I refused they didn't push the sell which I super appreciate. I understand that it's part of their job. I will be coming back for my next oil change!
This is by far the best oil change and service I've ever been too. Very thorough complete point inspection of your car and they are actually knowledgeable about the service. And for the price you won't get a better service anywhere
