If I could give them a 6th star I would. The entire crew is polite and courteous surpassing all customer service experiences I've had in at least the last 2 years. We take our vehicle here over the dealership any day...that should say something. Keep it up guys!! Your dedication to excellence is a testament to your companies mission and vision. This place is solid! Kinks have been worked out since opening, and this crew is great. The complimentary beverage is always a plus and the service is nice and speedy.
I had a stress-free experience here during my first ever visit here. Upon rolling in towards the front, I was told by an employee it would be about a 45 minute wait. The man asked me what I wanted to drink and brought me back a 7-Up promptly. There was two cars in front of me and it took about 40 minutes for my pick-up truck to finally get serviced. 45 minutes is too long to wait for service. My actual service took 10 minutes but they continue to stick you behind someone who they up-sell and do not put any extra people on the work - why should we be inconvenienced because they are up selling? Sales Rep was nice but manager argued that people next to me were not getting done sooner - I was watching. I had to make a stink for them to actually put more people on the job in front of me. This place was awesome! I got right in without a wait and sat in my car (with my complimentary coffee) while they changed the oil in my car. Doesn't get much better than that! In and out in 20 minutes! Customer service was amazing!
Usually the work and the staff are top notch. I have been going there quite regularly over the past 3 years and it is always perfect.......except for this past Saturday. They performed their usual oil change and I got a transmission fluid change as well. It usually is quite a pleasant experience and they get everything done like they should. This is the most efficient place I've ever seen. You drive into the bay and there is a metal grate below, where mechanics work on your car from underneath. The guys above callout to the ones below. It's entertaining to watch and listen. Especially because they are polite and friendly amongst each other. Each time I've been here, the staff is very friendly and offers coffee, tea or water. Always fast and nice and quick carwash too! Always willing to check my tires in between services.
Favorite spot to service my vehicle. Fast friendly and efficient. You do have to decline all the "extras", but it isn't personal. Recommend
