Not certain 1 star but car did get washed. Credit card lost on property. Asked for help. Employee was no help and acted as though no concern of theirs. Bank said card used at the wash after it was lost/stolen. Called Wash2go got voicemail. No Help. This is not a place to trust. No one at Wash2go looked for the credit card that I'm aware of. While I appreciate Gary's quick response to my post some urgency and concern might have been shown prior to my post.

John, We're sorry you lost your credit card at our Wash2Go facilities the other day. According to our manager, they looked for your card when they were notified of the lost. He mentioned to you that if you left the card in the pay station credit card slot, it was probably taken by someone, who followed you sometime later into the wash. Reporting a lost card and waiting for a new one is a hassle we've all been through, and we are sorry you have to go through this.
The team that worked on my Sequoia were very thorough and didn't try to oversell anything! They showed examples of what the fluids and filters looked like on my vehicle and what they should look like. The bays were super clean and they offered complimentary beverages. I was very impressed!!
I am a senior citizen and a little over two years ago I lost my home in the Valley Fire of Lake county and wound up living in a temporary cottage (and thankful for it) in Petaluma. I was driving in Rohnert Park a few weeks after moving into the cottage and my car was not running well. I stopped at the gas station adjoining the Oilstop and I checked the oil, it was not only a little low but looked awful. This place is great! I came here for an oil change and was given excellent service. Would highly recommend- they were quick & efficient.
Stay away!!! Took my BRAND NEW never been washed 2017 Ford Expedition in for its first wash. I now have swirl marks all over my brand new car!! Do not take your car to be washed here!! Further more I took fiancé dads car in for a wash a few months back and they broke rear whipper and said they would fix it. After a few messages left for the Maneger who never seems to be in we have still not gotten a call back about paying for the replacement!
Great oil service and car wash, a Santa Fe standout. Very friendly and competent. Can get pricy with synthetic oil, wiper blades, and intake filter. But they do give you a car wash coupon which takes so if the pain off the price.
Love this car wash! Everyone is super helpful and really accommodates what you need done! My car always comes out looking clean and shiny. Miguel and Anthony and Adrian and Lucas four of the employees are very nice and always asks if I need anything and are very kind. I am so very disappointed of this place.went through it and a machine broke the rack on my car, the parts went all over the place, the car behind me had parts of my rack underneath, etc. One of the employees came after and brought all the broken parts and apologized because the machine broke it. I asked him to call the supervisor who haf left already. The manager came with this attitude to ask me if i hadn't read the sign that says that they are not responsible for damages like that. Highly recommend this place if you need an oil change and don't like waiting. It's a drive through so it's super convenient, fast, and you literally just hang out in your car for 15-20 minutes until they're done. They also offer drinks while you wait. Jose, Brandon and the rest of the team make this the best place to get an oil change
