WARNING!! CALL AHEAD AS THEIR HOURS VARY.. the guys clock out annd leave at 6. It was 520. And was told one person was ahead of me, so come back the next morning. He was just plain rude about it. It was a commute and traffic to get there, and I don't have much time off from work. I'm currently getting oil changed down the street and my cars done now. Before had time to finish this review. I've been coming to Oilstop for years and I'm happy with them. I love the convenience of driving through, plus they always oil your door hinges, tops off your fluids and put air in your tires if they need it. They will offer you many different services but all you have to do is say "no" and they smile and move on, there is no pressure at all. It is one thing to get called out for crooked business practices , in my previous review. It's close to insanity to try to justify same. I've been coming here regularly for 6 years now and I appreciate the professional, fast and friendly service that I receive every time. I trust this establishment and it's nice to see the same familiar faces. I think it says a lot about how the company treats its employees. Highly recommend!

Since moving into town, I have appreciate the convenient & efficient service I receive at this location. Staff is always professional and courteous. I also enjoy the the lack of pressure of upsale to additional services. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a quick oil change.

If you need an oil change don't waste your time going anywhere else, this place is bomb! The technicians are great, always super polite & really knowledgeable! As long as I live in Ashland they'll be getting my business!

I drove into the oil change bay and handed the attendant my coupon which he told me leave it on my dashboard. At the end of the service they tell me the price and I remind them of the coupon. They tell me it's to late and I can't use the coupon because that it was already totaled out. Then when I start my car my tire pressure light is on, I tell the attendant and he say that it will turn off in a mile. So I drive away and go to restaurant a mile away. The service was great. Car wash was thorough and they actually dried it. Yes they probably up sell but they are a business and that's part of business. They don't force you to buy any service they just ask or recommend it and you can simply pass on it. They seemed honest and did not try to scare you into a service or pressure you. I found my new place for oils changes and car washes.
