This place is great! All the guys, and girls, work so hard to do an amazing job! My dog made a nice donation to my back seat and they cleaned it without complaint and there's no smell or stain! They are always professional and my car is CLEAN! This is my go to place!
These guys, and girls, are FANTASTIC! My dog had an accident in my car and they COMPLETELY got rid of all evidence! They are always friendly, professional, and my car is super clean! Why go anywhere else?
We had our oil changed on our 2005 Jeep at this location at a cost of 60+ dollars and soon after the skid guard which was removed by Oilstop tech, was rattling and took it to our mechanic who found the four mounting bolts were left loose and could have resulted in major damage or serious injury. I cannot recommend this site for any service. After I called Carlos the manager of this site he offered our money back for the oil change. He was eager to make things right and very apologetic.
I didn't expect to be writing a review about my oil change but feel compelled to do so. The experience was the best I ever had with auto service. The employees were incredibly friendly and very professional. The procedure ran like a clock which gave me with a lot of confidence. Everything was checked, recommendations were made and both the vehicle and myself left very satisfied. Looking forward to my next service with Oilstop!
The staff are friendly, and they do a good job with the washing of my car. I just moved to the area after living in Walnut Creek where thay had an amazing car wash for the simple fact that they had incentives for the people that used their business. Car washes are a dime a dozen in the area. The washes are better here in Rohnert Park at OilStop, but I wish that they would do something like a monthly membership for unlimited washes per month that would just automatically charge my card monthly...it is just a smart business mo... read more
I started coming here about 3 years ago when I moved to Sonoma County. When I lived in the East bay I went to a similar type of car wash and it became the only place I ever took my car to so when I moved, I wanted to find the same. This place has never let me down. For around $30, you get a full outside wash, an interior console wipe down, and a tire shine. To me that's a deal, because in the east bay I was paying $40 for the same work. I brought my 2005 Cadillac STS in for an oil change today. They were very very nice, informative, and had great customer service. Complimentary beverages were a plus for my teen. They looked over everything (fluids, filters, wipers, etc) letting me know what was good to go & what could use some attention. I probably would have gone with a few of their suggestions if my car wasn't an expensive ass Mother F-er to keep up... & if I wasn't ballin on a budget. I am never coming back here! Other reviews said that this place didn't try and sell additional services, BS! They tried selling me no less than 6. In addition, they charged extra for the oil filter because my truck is a diesel. I have driven a diesel truck for over 15 years and am used to paying for extra quarts of oil, but never full cost for the oil filter on top of the base service, nor did they tell me this up front.

I drove in today, my car had lost all oil and even though they are not mechanics and it had a more serious problem - they gave me sound advice, told me not to drive it further, allowed me to wait in their parking lot until the tow truck arrived and (it was hot today) brought me a bottle of cold water to quench my thirst while I waited ! Now that is customer service - I am so impressed!
