I've been coming here for years and I always get the same great service. The staff here is always friendly and always consistent in their quality and efficiency. I never feel pressured into additional services but I'm always made aware of my options.
I have brought my car there many times and each time the service was perfect. They will go the extra distance to help. I recommend them highly.
One star for poor customer service and false advertising. Wash club prices, shown on their website, don't reflect actual club prices at the car wash. When I inquired about this discrepancy with the staff, I was met with an attitude of unaccountability and unprofessionalism. Thank goodness the machines do all the dirty work after a customer's first visit.
Excellent service for an oil change and didn't have to get out of the vehicle. Best place to go
Super fast, friendly, professional service. I love the way they communicate with each other back and forth in a kind but quick and professional manner. They recommended services that the manufacturer recommends, based on milage, but weren't the least bit pushy. Service is competitively priced and also includes a free car wash, or voucher for one at a later date if you don't get one at the time of service because of weather, which was the case for me today. If you need your oil changed in Medford, this is the place to go.
I gave only 2 stars because my unsatisfactory experience started when I my account was charged two times! I figured it was a mistake giving the company the benefit of the doubt so I called and asked what needed to be done. They said I needed to go back to their shop and to bring in my receipt & My bank statement showing the money was withdrawn twice. Which I did. Generally the work here is better than any of the other places on town Last time my wallet disappeared from the glove compartment so check your car carefully before you leave
Brandon and the team at the oil stop will take very good care of you car and and very honest about what your car needs. No smoke and mirrors here. I have been coming here for over 5 years and these guys are the best.
