So, I brought my 2013 Hyundai Elantra here for an oil change on the 23rd of August. (A week and one day ago from the date of this review, August 31) I was incredibly impressed with the service. I love going to the lube shop but they were closed today so I came here, this place has excellent service. They were relatively quick, polite, knowledgeable, friendly and priced fair. I will be coming here from now on.
Ok so I'm going to start off by saying that this was my first time needing to get my car serviced outside from taking it to the dealership and I was nervous that they were going to take advantage of me (because I know little to nothing about cars. Everyone's so nice! Service is fast and easy. Will come back for sure! They are slightly more expensive then say Jiffy Lube but with the yelp coupon and considering the clean your car it's not so bad!
They take absolutely forever to wash your car and don't do a very good job at all. The top of my car is always still dirty and I always have to point out areas in which they have missed I paid $80 extra to have my car machine waxed and he left wax in every crack and crevice and also didn't wipe hardly any of it off. My car is black hard to not see missed spots and for an $99 dollar car wash and machine wax when to touch less drive through car wash and dry takes longer than my black Yukon to get "professional machine waxed" h... read more
Best oil change service I've ever experienced. Friendly, professional, efficient, thorough. Ben was so professional and such a gentleman. I used the $12 car wash credit toward a super-great carwash afterwards. I like this place a lot. I'll be back!
While trying to get my oil changed, a worker named Pedro found out that I had an oil leak that also damaged my upper radiator hose and caused my coolant to leak too. Since he couldn't do a normal oil change in this case, Pedro replaced the hose, and refilled my coolant and enough oil to get by. This place has great service and allows you to sit in the comfort of your car.
15 minute oil change including all of the 33 point inspection/services. They also offer free car wash (and a free vacuum yourself) station. I only needed the basic service, but I was in awe of how polite they were and even more so, how quickly they finished! They also offer a drink, and trash removal, though I didn't need either.
