What a great place. I honestly have never had such a thorough and professional oil change. I've never been to a drive thru one so I was bit thrown off by the system of sitting in the car and having the mechanics talk to you through your window. They provided lots of information, a 33 point check and explained what everything did and why i needed it for my car without talking down to me or pressuring me to buy extras. I've been using them since they first opened, with good to great results. Last Spring I paid for the $75 detailing. When I picked up my car all the paperwork in my door pocket was gone. They said it was in a bag in my trunk. Got home and no, there wasn't a bag in my trunk. There were tickets in there, not to mention other things, that I had just bought at $25 each. I will give them a 5 stars all the way! As soon as my car stopped on the drive through, they asked me if I want anything to drink (water, soda, coffee, etc). The guys that work there are very nice and friendly. The entire oil change process only took about 10-15 mins and I was back on the road!

Excellent customer service but a very pricey oil change - $42.99, plus 100% markups on cabin filter ($35.99) and air filter ($16.99), both of which I needed. I like to support the shop by buying the smaller parts when possible but these were just too expensive - my final tag was over $100. I'll be replacing them myself next time.

I have used OilStop for over 10 years, and have always been pleased with their service. At least until today. I arrived at about 9 AM, and was directed to the right lane behind a pickup being serviced (left lane was empty). After a few minutes, another employee came out and asked me to back out of the right lane and switch to the left lane. He directed me out of the right lane, and into position in the left lane. This is like a pit stop at the Indy 500! Excellent customer service. They asked me what cool drink I wanted when I arrived, cleaned my windows, lubricated my doors, checked my tire pressure, checked all the fluids (mind you - don't buy anything unless you know you need it) - and, of course, changed my oil and filter. Total time was 18 min! Fabulous

Quick, easy, polite and free beverages. I've been taking my cars here for years without any hassles at all. They top off my tires and fluids in between oil changes at no charge and always friendly. My only gripe is that if I only want a quick oil change I would prefer not to be told about my air filter, engine clear, transfer case fluid, yadda, yadda, yadda (I know, it's your job).

I can't vouch for their work with oil changes, but here's my story. I was traveling through town on a road trip. My check engine light went on between Yreka and Ashland. I camped the night in Ashland and then called around. The guys here at Oilstop said to come on in and they'd do a scan for me. I drove in and they were right there to assist me. Turns out it wasn't a "fatal" problem and I was able to continue my road trip without worry. They did this free of charge and with a big smile and a great attitude. That's saying a l... read more

Great place and super convenient for parents with small kids. A little pricey but ok. They gave me tea and drinks for the kids. So cool.
