Oilstop is AMAZING! The workers are always polite, friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and it's always about a half hour regardless of how many people are in line. I have gone to Oilstop for years and I appreciate the consistant awesome service I get. Reading over some of the other reviews I should clarify that the workers are not "slick salesman" but simply offering suggested maintenance that comes from your vehicles manufacturer. The service is top notch. I hear people complaining about all the options for the service of your car but I appreciate that I have the option without having to go to a dealer and pay a fortune. Thank you Oilstop for always taking such good care of my care and providing excellent service.

I just want to say that the gentlemen that worked on my car were very polite and efficient at their jobs but I am writing to commend the owner on his GREAT customer service. I had emailed the company with an issue and received an immediate response and resolution to my question. It was unbelievable customer service and above and beyond what I had expected. I will return to their business as I know that they stand behind what they do.

Have been a customer for 10+ years. Service is good except for one annoying problem. I drive a GMC 1500 pickup with 4 wheel drive. I request the tech change the oil/filter, lube chassis and check tire pressure only, nothing else. In spite of the minimum amount of labor incurred, I am charged an additional $3 because it is a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The technician and manager will not eliminate the $3 extra charge. For a $52.72 total charge, I'm going elsewhere

I had neglected the interior of my car for a long time. Dog hair, smeared windows, pebbles on floor. dust on dashboard. Emptied out my car and brought it to Oilstop. I was SO happy to clearly see through the windows, have clean carpets- great vacuuming. Nice work, friendly, quick. a good value at just over 20 $ . I will come back. Other add-ons are available for more cleaning, I was mostly interested in everything I see as a driver. Was not tempted by the really junk- food snacks and drinks available.

Yes, Great service! The team was responsive and well organized. Little things like offering a drink and checking all the things they check are add up. No sales pressure but very thorough explanations of issues. This is the Zen of oil change. I'll be back here for a tranny and differential service.

Who knew that an oil change could be so much fun, and so professional! Today, we went to Oilstop for the first time. What a different and refreshing experience! First off, you stay in your car the whole time. They (Jose, Josh, Anonio) are very FRIENDLY, and even offer you a beverage while you are in your vehicle. The place is immaculate. Third time and you are out. I used to go to oil stop all the time with my Toyota Camry. Service was polite, professional, and complete. I purchased a Volvo S70 and was told it needed Synthetic oil a much more expensive oil change. This car does not require synthetic so I started taking it to the dealership for service- strike one, my next car after an accident was a Volvo S80, I tried Oil Stop again the dealership is not open on Sat.
