OMG. let me start by saying the service was incredible. NOw to the meat. I have 2017 mercedes c300 that need the AB service quotes from dealer was $539 independent euro car places ranged from $425 to $600. Oitl stop did basically the same services and more for $246. i got 7.2 qts of full synthetic mobil 1 oil plus premium filter. this was my first time here and i have to say this was the best place ive ever been to in my life very professional excellent service and great rates. luis was amazing the best person ive ever delt with went out of his way and did more than needed ivan was amazing as well as francisco and edgar were the most professional staff ever. i highly recommend this place if you want clean nice speedy service at a great price and the best part you stay in your vehicle and see every repair done also they are very honest

Great experience! Very fast and thorough. Friendly customer service and free cup of coffee. I was done with everything less than 30 minutes. Some other posters mentioned them "upselling items"...this happened to me too, but they don't pressure you. I accepted recommendation for new transmission fluid because they showed my current fluid and it was bad [extra $130, but necessary]. Air filters replaced for extra. But that's okay. harvey luster i got an oil change before , being told it helps pass , i don't know if its true , but taking any help i could get , and it needed it . i went to a place where you sit in the car ,its like a drive though thing . i told the kid i hate that ... he asked why ?? i told him my suspicious mind is thinking , how do i know you changed the filter or not . and you check everything , hoping to pad the bill with an extra or two . this time i topped everything off beforehand , so unless you are on camera you can skip that .... read more
