I am completely sold on this business. The guys are so cordial, and listen well, and seem to ME to embody the 'servant's heart' the mission statement describes. The prices are very reasonable, there is no pressure but extra products are offered, and the NOW factor is a huge draw to all of the drivers in our family. Really nice people but in my opinion, not a good value. Basic oil change but they charge for ither top off services that you normally get free at other places. They ask if you want the fluids topped off but I didn't know it wasn't included so the extra charges surprised me. I wasn't upset but felt a little nickle and dimed. Invoice says wipers checked, they were not. I also selected this location for the free car wash however that wasn't being offered on the day I was there. I needed an oil change and decided to try this place for the first time. I was approached quickly, and in a very friendly/professional manner. Alexander, Jordon and Gustavo were the guys who worked on my car and they were all excellent! They pointed out some items I needed to replace, such as my cabin filter which was nearly black, but they weren't pushy in any way. I was in and out within thirty minutes. Thanks again guys!
Came here on a whim before heading out of town. We were en route to Jiffy Lube but opted to turn around and head to Pit Stop because we were so tired of the up-selling at Jiffy and thought maybe it could be a game-changer for us if we just gave it a chance. This is the place to go for an oil change. Fast and reliable. So far Terry is my favorite oil change guy but all of them have been great.
Excellent service. Quick, efficient, positive attitudes. Good hustle. Good prices. I agree with Devin C. on his review. Way to go team! They offered a number of "upsells" but they were just offered, not pushed, and explained (as necessary). I took one (that I needed). They even asked about my wiper blades. They were fast mostly efficient, except for trying to sell me a 15 dollar bottle of oil sealent they insisted i needed... Thus far my 98 minivan dont leak a drop of oil.. I found it nesacary to defend myself and knowledge of my car... She is tempermental when i dont change the oil on time... Ive been driving the coastal highway roads (hilly) when i noticed the oil had darkened and it was down a half quart (they said) they tried to insist the van was leaking oil
I have been going to Oilstop regularly for about three years. Each and every time the level and quality of service is the same - excellent. The technicians do not pressure me to purchase anything and they thoroughly answer every question I ask when presenting an optional service. (I am mechanically illiterate and on a budget, so you can be assured I ask a lot of questions!) No one has ever been impatient with me.
