Had my oil changed todayby someone else because The first and last time I used this business (Sept '25) NO oil change should run over $100. Especially when they deflated your tires. Strip the plug and lost the plug gasket. This was pure incompetence.
My wife just called me frustrated because I said she could go in and just say "NO" to all the hard sales pushed on her.... All the sudden the $59.99 went to $103 because they insisted on a $19.99 stop leak and $9.99 for an extra quart on a Ford Fusion??? WHF??? WHY DO YOU GUYS DO THIS TO LADIES??????? Lame. Not going back because it suks rei have to take my woofs car in because these clowns cant take NO for an answer. Almost all my reviews on yelp are positive.. I used to like this place but at my most recent visit they assigned to me a complete rookie who would have been perfectly happy putting in the wrong oil if I hadn't caught him. Plus the same rookie used the wrong air pressure for the tires

My mistake for brining a 2017 BMW here for a simple oil change. When my car was due for another oil change, I called to schedule another oil change only to find out the price had gone up from the last $200 I paid which included an oil change and inspection (that wasn't done). I figured I would call around to see if 1. There was a cheaper quote I could receive elsewhere and 2. A shop that worked in European vehicles. Update: Feb 17, 2026 - We realized today they also failed to fill the windshield wiper fluid. SMH. --- Been meaning to write this review for weeks, but the final straw came today when I found out yet again that the clowns working at this Oil Stop are either a.) incompetent or b.) did the equivalent of spitting in my food for an oil change establishment. 1. My first visit will also be my only visit. the hustle and upsell creates an uncomfortable experience especially when you know you Don't need the additional services or upgraded filters, oil additives etc etc. also a bit pricey for a little convenience
