Just moved to town from Oregon and have be very impressed with the level of service at OilStop! All the guys are super helpful and a pleasure to be around. It's a great atmosphere and I will be back
Pit Stop USA is a refreshing change from the other franchises such as Oil Can Henrys or Jiffy Lube. These people, maybe even the owner, seem to actually care about what they are doing. You don't get 3 human robots staring at a computer screen then looking where to add the steering fluid. They appear to be knowledgeable, honest, and always offer a free car wash. If you want minimum wage kids to yell "full...check...good...100%" and then try to up-sell you air filters and windshield wipers, there are plenty of them... read more

Love coming here for the $6 car wash and the free vacuums. Car wash is free if with an oil change. This car wash meets my needs, but if you have a nicer car and are concerned about the paint, or want every nook and cranny cleaned you may need to look for an alternative.
The best experiance i ever had at a oil change place.everybody was so nice and polite and very efficient and fast.i was impressed with how clean the place was and everybody knows there job and did it very well and very fast service even during the pouring rain .You need an oil change ,dont go anywhere else Go here!!!! Such great workers. Had my oil change done in less then ten minutes. They also gave me a free soda, and a coupon for a free car wash. They want the best for anybodies car, so they did endorse some products to me that would help my car, but I was strictly there for an oil change. They are great. Sprayed all my doors joints and cleaned my windows as well. I'll defiantly go back. They even noticed a problem with my radiator (was leaking) so it was nice to know that they spotted something that could be crucial. Very thankful tha... read more
Best car wash in the North Bay hands down ! If you take the time to listen...they are quite knowledgeable in regards to there express detail services. I try to keep in mind that this is probably not the most glamorous job, and the fact is, I am paying someone else to wash my car so It may not be 100% to my expectations.
