We used them because of a Groupon and they up sold every five minutes plus said it would be 10 minutes and it ended up taking 75 min for a basic oil change.

I signed up for text alerts and was supposed to be given $25 off with a code for the service. At the completion of service I supplied the code and the service tech acted like he was putting it in, but did not (or it didn't take.). I discovered this on the bill after I had left the shop, so I contacted corporate and have not heard back from them over the past week now. Over priced compared to their competitors and an absolute cluster f*ck of a parking lot, workers point you to the wrong lines in their extremely cramped and impossible lot and it's just an overall sh*tshow. Just go to premier.

I called ahead of time to see how long it would take and the rep told me it was dead in there, shouldn't be long at all. So I drove over, 15 minutes away. Upon arrival I pulled into the bay, the rep met me, gave a water. Then was met by a technician who asked about the services, I'm a return customer, 3rd consecutive time, figured it would be easy. My daughter went in for an oil change and was told to move to another lane to wait for a different bay, as she waited there were other customers that pulled in and received service before her. she was told a couple of times that it shouldn't be too much longer. She was there for 2hours waiting before she was able to get service for an oil change. Luis was apologetic and said she would get a discount for the inconvenience. She had the 20% off coupon but in the end she was only given $40 off for an oil change and transmission ... read more

This place say they don't upsell you but then they really do. It takes about 1 hour to change the oil. They play around yelling crap for about an hour as you sit in your car patiently waiting. Then they sell you an oil filter for about $46.00 with an oil change for about $120.00. I asked for a paper receipt never got one. Whatever. The experience is about a 2 or 3 star for me. I'm fine with spending a pretty penny on "Synthetic Oil" but don't say I have to come back in 3 months. Synthetic oil is suppose to last way longer... read more

I was just in for an interior cleaning, which includes vacuuming, door jams, windows and some other basic things. They were definitely not busy.. Unfortunately, I had to be somewhere and did not thoroughly look at everything for about an hour (I drove about 100 yards) before looking.
