We have used them several times with no issues. Very professional and courteous. Last time, they did not tighten the clips properly on my engine undercover. It came loose and was damaged. I had the dealer replace it at a cost of $365. I brought the receipt to the manager and explained what happened. They immediately took responsibility, apologized, and reimbursed me the money for the repair. Mistakes happen. How you handle them is what I judge people on. They won my loyalty for handling this so well.

Best place to get a car wash. The cashier Lizzet is very friendly. Always has a smile on her face. Carwash did a great job and they were very fast.
Knowledgable, friendly, and fast. The price felt fair. No pushing of extra services, but a quick overall check and a few suggestions. They threw in a free car wash. What's not to like?
These guys are great. When I get my oil changed they are professional and don't just tell me, but show me what they have done. Highly recommended.
I have been using this service for many years. They are extremely service oriented and will recommend services my car needs but they aren't pushy on trying to up sell every oil change. I moved to Portland two years ago but I still bring my car here whenever I visit my parents because I trust Pit Stop so much!
I'm hesitant to post this because I'm sometimes a little greedy about sharing a good thing but this place is great. No ridiculous bells and whistles. Just a straight forward oil change and at a reasonable price. It would be nice if they posted their prices either online or on a sign out in front of their business.
Awesome customer service is alive and well in Petaluma. Oilstop guys at the Petaluma location continue to amaze. Early this week, coming off the E. Washington overpass my Battery light came on and my power steering stopped. I was fortunate enough to be able to pull into the strip mall across from the swim center. I opened my hood an first thing I saw was the belt hanging low in my engine. Knowing Oilstop will change Serpentine Belts, I called to see if they would help.
