The ass kissing that takes place by the service crew is exemplary. It does get annoying but one solid "no" will stop the up-selling.

I'm incredibly grateful for Oilstop and the work that they do. Customer service like this is, unfortunately, very rare these days. Nothing like a good old $285 oil change! They put synthetic oil in and told me to come back in 4000 miles. The oil they use says it can go 8000. Big show they put on for such an easy 20 minute job. I sat there for at least an 1 1/2 hours.
They know exactly where they failed. If anyone's looking for me I'll be at 7 FLAGS CAR WASH.
