They do t understand English I guess they don't returns phone calls they just refund your money and cancel your membership .. not fond of this place been with them since they opened and this was my treatment
This place is awful DO NOT GO. They completely overcharge all while trying to upsell you on other services. The kicker for me...I got my oil change ahead of a long road trip. Fifteen minutes in I hear a strange sound. i pull over to find that they left the plastic cover on the bottom of my car hanging by a single screw. They either forgot or just completely ignored it. I had to go to a shop to get it out back on. This place absolutely sucks.
Okay car wash, way overpriced. The people that are supposed to spray your car before hand were spraying somebody's floor mats off to the side so we were left with bugs all over the windshield and the grill of our car. I wouldn't suggest it.
For $18 I expect my car to be clean. I am extremely unhappy and will discourage my friends and family from using this shoddy excuse for a car wash.
They put the wrong filter on my scat pack challenger I guess I learned my lesson taking a nice vehicle to some shit shop.
Did my oil change and transmission fluid here, and it will be my last time. The technician told me to fill my tires to a certain number that I knew wasn't right. I tried correcting him multiple times and asked him to double check, but he dismissed me and insisted he was correct without even checking. The most important quality for auto care is trustworthiness/reliability. I was told my fluids would be topped off. I specifically noted my coolant was low, and was assured it would be topped off. I declined an offer for a full radiator flush. When I got home, I was notified my coolant was low, with risk of engine damage. Sure enough, upon inspection, coolant was very low. I also saw they didn't replace the plastic clips holding down my engine covers, which they removed. Now my covers are barely attached. I had ... read more
I've been to Oil Stop for my last four or five oil changes and even had a transmission flush done there a couple visits ago. My most recent visit completely destroyed any trust I had in this place. I came in for a synthetic oil change, and within minutes another employee tried to tell me my transmission fluid was "dirty" and urgently needed a flush. That's absurd considering I had just had that exact service done there not long ago. When I called him out on it, he actually told me I had never been to that location before. On... read more
Nothing like a good old $285 oil change! They put synthetic oil in and told me to come back in 4000 miles. The oil they use says it can go 8000. Big show they put on for such an easy 20 minute job. I sat there for at least an 1 1/2 hours.
