This took forever to get in as the car in front of us stayed a long time. The other bays went quick but we were not permitted to move. After a long wait, (45-60 min)we got a quick oil change for over $117. Really!? Never going back. And you shouldn't either

Most expensive car wash in Vancouver and it does the worst job of any car wash in the area. Actually, it does the worst job of almost any drive-through car wash I have ever used

On May 17, 2025, I brought my 2020 Nissan NV200 here for a basic oil change. Instead, I was misled and sold services I did not need, with the wrong fluids installed: They put in the wrong oil (5W-30 Dexos, which is for GM cars), even though Nissan requires 0W-20 synthetic. They claimed my coolant was low and sold me a flush at only 37,000 miles. Nissan's schedule clearly states the first coolant replacement is at 10 years/105,000 miles. I tried this oil stop because it was close to my house and I was in a hurry. I typically pay $105 for synthetic oil changes. Within the 1st 5 minutes of speaking with the rep, I had to pay around $20 more because my car uses a canister for the oil (?) and they were going to charge me extra for 6 qts of oil. I have had this car for years, never been charged for a "canister" or extra oil. The younger guy told me $128, another guy came behind him and said $134. I told them shut my hood. I'm out of here. This place reported my mileage as being 22000 instead of 12000 and my insurance payment increased a hundred dollars per month! Now I have to go through the hassle of filing paperwork to dispute it. I'll never return and don't recommend this place at all.

This is THE WORST car wash! You could drive through 10 times and your car would still be dirty after. The "pre spray" does absolutely nothing and neither do the neon lights or soap. For the amount you pay, the least they could do is actually clean your car. Don't waste your time or your money, you're better off going somewhere else.

I needed an oil change before taking a trip and stopped by the Valencia store. It's bad enough you have to listen to the up selling for all your fluids when I know my cars maintenance schedule and just want an oil change period. Then they hit me up for an additional quart of oil. I have a 2003 Toyota with a 2.7L which is a 5 quart oil change with a filter.
