My mistake for brining a 2017 BMW here for a simple oil change. When my car was due for another oil change, I called to schedule another oil change only to find out the price had gone up from the last $200 I paid which included an oil change and inspection (that wasn't done). Update: Feb 17, 2026 - We realized today they also failed to fill the windshield wiper fluid. SMH. --- Been meaning to write this review for weeks, but the final straw came today when I found out yet again that the clowns working at this Oil Stop are either a.) incompetent or b.) did the equivalent of spitting in my food for an oil change establishment. 1. My first visit will also be my only visit. the hustle and upsell creates an uncomfortable experience especially when you know you Don't need the additional services or upgraded filters, oil additives etc etc. also a bit pricey for a little convenience

We used them because of a Groupon and they up sold every five minutes plus said it would be 10 minutes and it ended up taking 75 min for a basic oil change.

I signed up for text alerts and was supposed to be given $25 off with a code for the service. At the completion of service I supplied the code and the service tech acted like he was putting it in, but did not (or it didn't take.). I discovered this on the bill after I had left the shop, so I contacted corporate and have not heard back from them over the past week now. Over priced compared to their competitors and an absolute cluster f*ck of a parking lot, workers point you to the wrong lines in their extremely cramped and impossible lot and it's just an overall sh*tshow. Just go to premier.

I called ahead of time to see how long it would take and the rep told me it was dead in there, shouldn't be long at all. So I drove over, 15 minutes away. Upon arrival I pulled into the bay, the rep met me, gave a water. Then was met by a technician who asked about the services, I'm a return customer, 3rd consecutive time, figured it would be easy. Way to expensive. Lied about oil pan plug.up charged service without asking. Shady as hell.
