It is okay - I did my oil change there second time because it's close to my house but honestly I don't think I'll be back... I JUST WANTED OIL CHANGE!!!! I said it million times and they kept trying to upsell everything. I understand-all places do it BUT this place is much much crazier. Employee removed paint layers in pre wash.HAPPY's car wash is only wanting to cover half of the damages. Employee admitted the damage was not pre existing. They have video of the employee causing the damage and they are only talking partial responsibility. Do not under any circumstance take your vehicle here .

I stopped by for an oil change. only one person was in each bay. I pulled in where they told me to go. And waited, and waited. The other bay had several cars go through. People who arrived after me were serviced while I waited. Took over 40 minutes to get in a bay. Very frustrating.

Very friendly staff but took over an hour to get oil change with only two cars in front of me that were there for a while before me on a Friday afternoon. If my oil change takes longer than in n out burger it's too long!

I didn't realize my brother had changed the oil in my car and apparently forgot to reset the light. I took it to this shop thinking my car needed an oil change when in fact it did not need to be changed. They went ahead with "the service" and managed to up sale more services on my car. In the end I paid almost $200. I called them to lmake them aware of their dishonesty. Not asking for my money back just needed them to hear. Shame on this business. Was a long wait for 2 vehicles in front of us. Seemed competent & fairly polite for being a hot day. My concern is next day my fuel sensor light came on & then the engine light came on. Waiting to get in for check but seems odd coincidence for a jeep that has always ran great. Will update with results

This is a drive-thru oil change place, it shouldn't have took that long. We waited over an hour and a half just for them to get to us and then our service took about 30 minutes in itself. Just a simple oil change, I don't get why it took so long. Seemed like they had a new worker there who needed help from his coworkers throughout our whole service. I sent my daughter out to get an oil change as she was overdue on the car I let her drive. I'm sure they rubbed their hands together and grinned that 'just a girl' was there. And she paid out the nose for that, too. She okayed one of the oil additives after being pressured (never, ever do that, people, it's bullshit) but they charged her for two, she didn't catch it, and a simple oil change ended up being over $150.
