If I could give them no stars I would. Here's my experience: Took my car in for its first oil change since buying. Everything was fine, my car felt great I was stoked.! Get home around noon and go about my day. Later I had to go out for a dinner around 6 and noticed some leakage under my car thought to myself a little bit must be normal maybe they over filled it I don't know. sold me the $85 synthetic oil but charged me $104. Was told by Bella I would get a discount on windshield wipers, but then she charged me full price $54. Dishonest, rip off

These guys really take forever. It's a lot of unnecessary walking around. Spending too much time away from You and your vehicle. I felt like I was waiting forever for the most simple things to get done. Going back and fourth between customers instead of having 1 person assigned to every vehicle. You're gonna be here for a while and I kid you not I was waiting for maybe 45 minutes just to get into the bay and I was 2nd in line. In the bay was no different. Lots and lots of jumping around with no purpose.

They do not begin the oil change in the order that people arrive and when you question them, they tell you the manager is in a meeting... that's why it's taking so long.. no way to run a business.. even with the discount I have my doubts about coming back

my oil drain plug fell off of my car one week after my oil change. could have totaled my car and extremely dangerous!!! they stripped my oil drain plug and i had to pay over $600 to have it repaired. an overpriced $110 oil service turned into weeks of headaches and a bill of $600+.

Avoid this place like the plague. Please! None of the previous employees who've been in this location in our community are here anymore and they've been here for 20yrs+. Asked for wind shield wipers done and that didn't get done They didn't do half of the work I asked they don't know what they're doing. So oil change was around $130. What a disappointment. Did not attach my bottom plate after oil change. I drove around SF with a plate dragging on the ground. Thanks guys

It is okay - I did my oil change there second time because it's close to my house but honestly I don't think I'll be back... I JUST WANTED OIL CHANGE!!!! I said it million times and they kept trying to upsell everything. I understand-all places do it BUT this place is much much crazier. They kept coming and saying what I need to change, tried to upsell EVERYTHING... more expensive oil, some other fluids, filters etc etc etc even though I kept saying to just do the oil.
