My daughter went in for an oil change and was told to move to another lane to wait for a different bay, as she waited there were other customers that pulled in and received service before her. she was told a couple of times that it shouldn't be too much longer. She was there for 2hours waiting before she was able to get service for an oil change. Luis was apologetic and said she would get a discount for the inconvenience. This place say they don't upsell you but then they really do. It takes about 1 hour to change the oil. They play around yelling crap for about an hour as you sit in your car patiently waiting. Then they sell you an oil filter for about $46.00 with an oil change for about $120.00. I asked for a paper receipt never got one. Whatever. The experience is about a 2 or 3 star for me. I'm fine with spending a pretty penny on "Synthetic Oil" but don't say I have to come back in 3 months. Synthetic oil is suppose to last way longer... read more

I was just in for an interior cleaning, which includes vacuuming, door jams, windows and some other basic things. They were definitely not busy.. Unfortunately, I had to be somewhere and did not thoroughly look at everything for about an hour (I drove about 100 yards) before looking. Extremely disappointed in my service yesterday. Upon pulling forward out of the bay I noticed my car was idling very low. When I brought it to the attention of the technician, I was told it's adjusting to the oil. It'll be fine once you start going. Well unfortunately, as I pulled into my parking spot at home, the car stalled the engine light came on. I tried to start it again, and it would barely stay idling. I usually have a great experience at this location. My oil change took over two hours due to them not having my oil filter in stock. This is something they didn't even mention to me until I had been there for nearly two hours. Had I been told prior to servicing my car that they didn't have the part in stock I would have gladly come back at a later time.

Shout out to oil stop for saying they checked my transmission oil, but never even looked at it and resulting in between $3000 - $5000 worth of repairs on my car's connector

I've been here countless times probably 10-15 visits with different cars and the service has always been great. Unfortunately, today was a completely different experience. I arrived and waited about five minutes before being moved to another line, and then moved again to a third line. Even though I was there first, three cars that arrived after me were serviced and left before I did. Peter grinned, smiled, and made it clear he didn't care about the situation. I thought I would try them a new car wash over in Springfield. I was very disappointed lots of powerful washing as you're going through, but it missed the whole bottom part of my car and did not dry it off. Streaks in the windows mud on the mudflaps by the wheels and tires were dirty. Never go there again.
