4 months after my initial review I had my car services at my local shop for a brake job, part of the maintenance was checking the oil. They showed me how dark the oil was, basically they confirmed the oil was not changed 4 months ago, that 2.4k miles later the oil couldn't have trim that dark. My local shop has been my go to for years. Silly me I fell for a cheap oil change coupon! This place is a total scam, shame on you.

After I got an oil change, my car stopped working the next day. Oil leaking near the head gasket and then my engine started making a tractor type noise. It never did that until I went to get my oil change here. Oil leaking everywhere on my engine too.

I have come to this car wash a plethora of times. The amount that you spend to get your car rinsed off and quickly towel dried is exorbitant , however, I upgraded to the $37.99 to get the extra attention for my car this time. I have swirl marks on my vehicle that were not there before. And plenty of dirt still standing. I even tipped 6$ with all those guys out there drying the cars ... there should have been efforts made to do the job correctly Not pleased what so ever with the wash/Scratches/ and the level of cleaning.... read more

I arrived with one car ahead of me already being worked on, Offered a bottle of water never saw him again, Thirty minutes later still waiting, They were still changing the oil on an eighty four toyota pickup truck, I got out closed my hood and left, Unacceptable customer service, The person in the truck just wanted an oil change and did not want all the stuff.You were trying to sell him.He just wanted an oil change and wanted to leave like myself, Being in customer service myself.I found it unacceptable for that kind of busi... read more

Today was my first time visiting this establishment, I requested a synthetic blend, which is what my vehicle calls for, for some reason, they decided to give me full synthetic without telling me, which was a surprise when I paid, this on top of being asked to purchase extra things every step of the way made my experience unpleasant. I was also offered a free car wash, and at the end when I asked about it was told I would be emailed about it yet Have not received email, so that false advertising is kind of crummy

The service was fast, but holy cow, these guys wouldn't quit pushing extra crap on me! Normally, I stick with my mechanic for car maintenance, but I was in a hurry this time. Big mistake. At this oil change joint, three techs swarmed me like car salesman sharks, trying to upsell me on everything but a new personality. First and last time I'll deal with that circus.

took an hour to change my oil these guys standing around the whole time and it cost 109 for the oil change that only will last 3000 miles and a new air filter. I do not plan on returning to this place.

I went in to get an oil change about a month and a half ago. They told me I had an oil leak toward the end of my visit (which I've never had one before) and asked me if I wanted to add an oil leak stopper to my oil I agreed thinking everything is fine. Then I noticed a bunch of fresh oil spots where I park my car which hasn't been there before my oil change not sure if they broke something while doing the oil change. Make sure you check your splash shield when you leave. The guys under your car are to lazy to replace all the retaining bolts so your splash guard may fall off or tear. I even asked them to verify that they were all replaced and they said they were but only put 4 out of 10 back in. After 10 years I'm done with them.
