Price is scam...recommended to go different place...0 star is enough for this service
Don't go to Happy's unless you want to be left with expensive vehicle damage and nothing more than an "I'm sorry! Do you want to go back through?" I was left with multiple chips in my windshield and a huge scratch on the front of my car after going through the car wash. Over $1000 worth of damage and no return phone call or anything from the GM
Immature staff working here . Service sucks . Go spend your money somewhere else . Not worth it
Always great service..except this last time took extra long and no offer of drink, which I was surprised. Overall, they always are kind and do a great job.
This is the best place to get an oil change everyone is so nice and no high pressure sales for additional service .......Alfredo was really helpful tech .....but everyone is !!!!!
The best place to get your oil change from! They will even look for coupons at the best deal for you. They are a little more expensive than others, but the full service is worth it. They even asked me if I want coffee, soda, juice, or water when I sit in my car while they are doing the complete service. They will attempt the upsell that you don't have to, and they don't make you feel bad. Pedro and Bernardo were super helpful for my first oil change in the Bay Area! Chris and Sebastian were also very helpful, they all took time to give me information on all their offerings and what would be best for my vehicles needs. They all were very kind, patient and professional with myself and other customers, so I asked if I could leave a review for them, something I don't do often. Will be returning after my 5k miles! SUPER disappointed in the quality of their work. I used to come here all the time and I will not come back. I paid for the highest package to have only one floor mat cleaned. The back seat still had nose marks from my dogs and mud, I did a surface clean before so they would have an easy time. This is the first review I have ever written and I hate to do it but I hope this brings light to an obvious issue
They didn't check tire pressure after showing them my tire pressure light was on, no more 10.00 off online coupon, the car wash leaves soap on the vehicle. Won't be returning.
