I feel very confident about the service provided. When I did have a problem last service, it was addressed properly the next day when I returned. I also questioned a service charge of over $100 for two Qts of ATF to be changed on my manual transmission Chevrolet. 5qts of synthetic oil and filter was less that 2 qts of ATF drained and changed. The staff here are top notch friendly and professional. I never expected a little drive thru oil change place to have such enthusiastic employees. My cars oil service usually gets serviced by a BMW/Mini specialty shop, but this place was a little less. Definitely coming back!
You see Oilstop while driving down the road and you need an oil change. You get the impression the price is affordable and the service will be fast. When you pull up they offer you a free beverage. Coke, coffee or water. All feels great so far. Needed an oil change and didn't feel like waiting for over 2 hours at my dealership. These guys are fantastic. Shout out to Andres and Gabriel! They were professional, efficient and very helpful when I had any questions. The service they provided made for a pleasant and fun experience from start to finish. Free carwash that can be redeemed within 30 days a plus. Thank you guys!!!
Watch out they will take advantage of you. I wasn't told they were going to charge me for the oil filter, $16.99, or that I had a choice of a cheaper filter to use. I was told "this is the oil filter we are using". Everything else I was given the price and if I want to add it to my oil change. It was the manager Marco helping me otherwise I would go back and complain to the manager to get the money back. A Great value for the unlimited washes. Does a good job , except it leaves a soap behind.. Swing by the free vacuum area and wipe your car down witth their microfiber towels, because the blow dryer isn't that great. It would be better if the attendants could use a scrub brush on the bugs and hard stuff.
