Clean place and very friendly employees. They offer drinks upon entry from water to soft drinks. Big on the upsell like most oil changing places but I was disturbed with the recommendation of using a synthetic oil filter because I am using synthetic oil which is nonsense, then came the transmission oil change that they recommend every 15k miles. Oh, they do offer a free car wash that they email the code to you which after 2 weeks I never received. I did get an email asking about my service visit a few days afterwards though.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! I'm so upset! I usually go to a different location and swear by this place. But NOT THIS LOCATION! I never have an issue with service. Today, I apologized and said I was doing the basic service. Isaac gave me the speech that they are not sales people, etc... Then he goes to the front of my car and tell the other guy I'm only doing the basic service so moves on to the next car. Do not use this business. They didn't put enough oil in my truck and blew the motor. They are so busy trying to upsell their products. Told us to take to Nissan to have checked. Were told engine had a knock from no oil. Now oil stop says shows on video it was done. Took a perfectly good truck in for service that they messed up and we have to pay Nissan to get truck back. $17 for this?! Feels like highway robbery. If your machines can't be calibrated to do a more thorough job, and employees can't use scrub brushes to help ensure a quality wash, your prices should reflect that. Pitiful.
Make sure you have a LOT of spare time. You think there are three lines of cars, but it really is just one line because there is only one person down below that actually changes the oil. And each car takes 30 minutes. So, even though you might only have two cars waiting in front of you, you will wait an hour or more before it is your turn, then it's another 30 minutes for them to finish work on your car. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR THE HIGHEST PRICE SERVICE WITHOUT OFFERING CHEAPER OPTION. I went here to get a drive through oil change. They said $125 for my Chevy Silverado 2015. This sounded high compared to the time I came through with my husband. Needed it done so said ok. After trying to sell me everything, I denied, it was done. I went to this establishment to have a simple oil change and left very uneasy. Not only was this service unsatisfactory, but I was harassed by the manager. He made very inappropriate comments, pressuring me to take his personal phone number even after expressing disinterest and giving me sexual glances. I do not recommend this establishment to women unless you want to leave feeling uncomfortable! I will not be back.

I have been coming to this place for over 6 years lately not happy with their service They are like salesman trying to sell you things you do not need on your car its very frustrating i will never Go back period
