I always feel that they've gone above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They're customer-service oriented and pay attention to detail!! They are the best!!
I have used Oil Stop a couple of times and I'm very pleased with the service in every way. Like any place the do recommend up sales but it is no pressure. I love that they are friendly and fast!!!
Nice ish staff but they tried to get me to pay a whole lot of money for an oil change when their prices were visible and cheaper right behind the technicians head. I went down the street to the Chevron Quick Lube and saved over a hundred dollars. Just go there instead
My fiancé suggested this establishment since we were in the area and have a little one. The staff was very friendly. Upon arrival we were asked what service we would like and if we wanted a beverage. The following few staff members asked if we wanted a drink assuming no one asked us which was very friendly because it shows they care. The synthetic oil with tax came out to 126. I got my very first service here today. The staff were very nice and patient with my lack of knowledge about cars. I love seeing hardworking young people--I'll definitely go back again :)
This guys ripped us off today ! Bought a Groupon for an oil change ! At the start everything went fine, he said this truck will need two more cans of oil which will be additional 25$! I said fine! Long story short they said your truck requires certain oil we use this. Here I am confused, left exhausted because I waited for close to an hour. I said fine. Saw a sign for $25 off so I figure I go in for an oil change. The service was fast and attentive, but when it was time to pay no paper invoice was given just an email. When I looked at the invoice a mysterious up charge that I have not asked for was on the bill. When asked the service writer(Francisco) what the up charge was for the he told me the good old "it's a computer glitch" story. If you come here make sure to check your invoice.

I cannot say enough good things about this location and their hard work. I came in today---in the pouring rain I might add---and they got right to work. I was greeted by Dominic who helped me guide my car into the garage. Now, I do not buy into harmful stereotypes, but I am in fact a young woman and I know absolutely nothing about cars.
