So expensive... paid 130 for an oil change. Filter was not included in price. The constant upselling was annoying. They didn't badger you if you said no, but they tried to sell me 3 different products. Will not be returning, save your money and go elsewhere

Shout out to Eric! A true professional and Gentleman. I came in early for an oil change before going on a road trip. Eric let me know my oil looked great and topped off my wiper fluid and recommended me coming back later. Eric's honesty earned Saratoga Oilstop drive through a lifetime customer. Had a great experience at Oilstop. Gotten a coupon in the mail and decided to try it out. Love how we get to stay in the car. Even with it pouring rain the service was great. I happened to pull up after one car and did take about an hour I would say to be fully helped, which I did think was a little long compared to other oil drive thru places and would be worried if there were more cars behind us. I've been getting oil changes here for almost fifteen years. I have never had a bad experience. Kind, professional service, without pressure to get any add-ons, and at a reasonable price (especially with readily available coupons). Peter helped me today. Fun, friendly guy who seems to genuinely enjoy his work. Hope corporate recognizes this location's consistently stellar customer care.

Timing was absolutely terrible! While cars that I was ahead were pulling out as I sat behind this lady with nobody working on her car for 15 minutes. I waited for an hour and a half just to get an oil change. What TERRIBLE time management. If you are going to run an oil change business make sure you have enough employees to handle the load!
This place is great. Sometimes busy, but rightfully so. Of course they have an option for everything, but are very friendly and aren't too pushy. Had the delight of having Dominic serve me. Exceptional speedy customer service!
This was my first time visiting this Oilstop location. The team members there were helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The manager Edwin was also very helpful and explained the processes involved in the outlook change. Highly recommend this business.
