Good car wash Good price. Waiting for them to contact us about a decal the machine ripped off the grill of our Toyota. They are not answering the phone and they have not called me. Hope they get this resolved soon and they take responsibility love going to this place.

I was told that there was a Memorial Day Sale and that I would receive a month of unlimited car washes for $10. I extensively asked the person working there if this membership would auto-renew and was told that it would not. I was told that when my $10 month was over, the next time that I came through the car wash, I would be asked if I wanted to continue onto a monthly subscription. Worst car wash in Vancouver. They do not touch your car with a brush anymore and you have to request bug spray even if your car is clearly needing it. The machines are not calibrated to properly clean your vehicle so you pay $19 for a car that looks worse than when you drove in. I buzzed through on my way home and didn't check it out fully. I had been taking my vehicles OilStop in Roseville customer for years, but I won't be returning after a poor experience during an oil change for my Nissan Armada at their new shop on Cirby. There were several issues. (1) I was advised that I should replace my transmission fluid after being shown a sample. No previous issues with my truck . After they performed an oil change on my truck it overheated and died. There was no coolant in the vehicle. The person who came out when I told them I was stranded because there was no coolant in my vehicle was so rude. He added coolant but it was too late. He told me to get a tow truck and drove off. I had to scrap my vehicle and buy a new car. Do not go here, you will regret it . They were so rude and I lost my means of transportation.
I paid for a coolant flush service that was not done fully through! The store associate noted it would be a full system flush. I checked the fluid instantly after leaving because the service took only 5 minutes which doesn't seem right at all! I've come here before and been impressed by their positive, fun workplace attitude. However, the last time I was here, I went for an oil change and was disappointed. I was recommended to change my transmission fluid at only 17,000 miles. The tech showed me fresh transmission fluid in a little tray compared to the transmission fluid in my car and said they recommend changing my transmission fluid.
