Old Republic is solid. It is easy to get in contact with them for service and they respond quickly. I have been a customer for three years and it have been a great experience. My home is protected.
We had issues with our refrigerator and washer that Old Republic covered. No drama, no hassle. A very good warrantee company, worth getting the coverage for a resale home. Can save you thousands off dollars in repairs/replacements.
Would definitely recommend over any of the other home warranty companies. We have had several claims through out the years that we have had this warranty and had no issues with Old Republic.
Heating problems on very cold days of the year. They responded quickly and repaired th eunit.

We have used Old Republic Home Protection for 5 years now and had to call them with just a few repairs ( dishwasher replacement ) (air cond. repair ) and garbage disposable replacement ) and they took care of these problems right away by setting us up with a service companies that day. Great company !!

I was a realtor for 5 years and have experienced many home warranty companys and believe Old Republic to be the best by a mile! As a realtor I heard many stories about other warranty companies who denied claims or sent unqualified vendors. One has to be realistic about home warrantys when rating them. No home warranty will send a repairman out same day. As well progress on a repair can take a few days if its a big claim. Old Republic always sends the best companies to fix whatever issue we are having and they efficiently do repairs. We have never had any issues dealing with Old Republic in the 8 years we have been with them and highly recommend for homeowners.
