I used American Home Shield for over 10 years, Old Republic has been great so far! Our realtor threw in a 1 year home protection plan from Old Republic, turns out we had central AC issues, and after a few work orders, it was determined our condensing unit and ***** *** needed to be replaced. We were worred what out cost would be, and Old Republic did a great job quickly calling us tell us what we we would have to pay (no much). Love them and recommend them!

Our water heater wasnt working properly and they had someone out in less than 24 hours. The plumber they contracted was amazing. He was friendly, explained exactly what was happening and was able to get it working temporarily while he ordered parts. He arrived the next business day with parts and had it fixed in no time.
