Ive used other home warranty companies and can without a doubt validate that ORHP far surpasses any other home warranty company. Period. From ease of initiating a service call, to rapid response from contractor, completion of the repair and the refreshing follow up email from ORHP making sure job was completed and I was satisfied. Terrific service! Friendly, efficient, cost/value relationship is very reasonable, I can attest that ORHP is far superior to other programs that just do not match up!

Ive been very happy with my decision to use them for my home owners insurance for the last 8 years! They call to check up to ensure my claim was taken care of satisfactorily. I wouldnt use anyone else.

I HAVE ALWAYS CARRIED WARRANTY'S ON THE PROPERTIES I HAVE OWNED AND OLD REPUBLIC IS ONE OF THE GOOD ONES, I HAD AN UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE WITH A VENDER AND THEY HANDLED IT ASAP SENT ANOTHER COMPANY OUT AND IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF, CANT ASK FOR MORE THAN THAT

Really impressed with the ease with which I was able to able to make a claim all the way to having contractors respond and resolve both my problems. This insurance company and my policy is absolutely incredible and the service response is immediate and things are fixed and I am just so amazed how effortlessly this is handled I see other reviews with not happy comments and I think this largely is the fault of the realtor or title company who steered you to a lesser expensive policy which now you are seeing why it is less expensive .
