I have used my Old Republic Home Warranty twice. The first time was for an air conditioning issue. They sent a repair person who fixed the problem on the first visit. The second time my garbage disposal stopped working. They had someone here the next day and they replaced the unit. So far, I am pleased with my service.

i, too, have been a client for 20+ years & have used them very rarely, however early 9/2026 my AC stopped cooling. ORHP / ORHW referred my claim to Nationwide ****************** who called me right away and their Tech ***** arrived promptly; found (& replaced) the burned out capacitor and was gone in a jiffy. I paid my $100 Trade Call Fee on my Discover card. He was awesome and I am very appreciative as to my minimal discomfort. So great having cool air again! THANK YOU!
The tech showed up on time, tried to fix my disposal and then replaced it with a unit he had on the truck. He was here and gone within 30 minutes. Can't ask for better service.

Old Republic has been very responsive. We have had the premium policy for the past 2 years and they reply to online requests well within 24 hours. Any repair delays were due to local tradesmen scheduling. The emergency needs were met within 5 hours. Excellent service.

I had electrical problem. Old Republic sent electrician that also happens to teach electrical tech at a tech college. He was A+. Turned a difficult problem into an easy fix

My garage door was having issues and didnt want to work usually in the middle of the day when it gets hot outside. They sent ****, and he was very nice and professional. Tested the system. He didnt have the replacement part with him, so he had to come back the following day to finish. Great job!
