I've had nothing but excellent experiences with Old Home Republic Protection. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Old Home Republic Protection. My technician is always punctual and lets me know when he is on his way. He demonstrates a high level of expertise in his work and answers any questions I have without hesitation.I get an experienced technician who is always on time. He notifies me when he's on his way. He is very experienced at his job. Any questions I have, he answers with no hesitation.

Within 2 hours of placing my request I was contacted by the provider of service with an appointment set within the next 2hrs. The provider came as scheduled and completed the work without any problems. I've had ORHP for several years and have been thoroughly satisfied with my home protection plan.

I have had Old Republic Home Protection since 1973, on my first home. I have had at least 15 homes since then and always would get my protection from Old Republic as the escrow was closing. One time our pool heater went out one month after moving into our new home, no problem Old Republic put a new one in, cost of $4000.00, no questions asked. We just had to file a claim on our A/C, called on Monday, on Tuesday the A/C was repaired. They have replaced Frigs, Washers, Dryers, etc, they have never failed to get the repairs don... read more

I was a little leery of home warranty companies, thinking they were like warranty protection plans often offered by manufacturers that are usually to the benefit of companies rather than consumers, until my realtor purchased an Old Republic plan for me. There were a couple of problems my inspection didn't catch--one, that two parts on my AC condenser were on their way out, which increased the cost of the pre-summer tune-up bill, & a clog in my plumbing about 70 feet out that caused my **************** sink to overflow when I... read more

I've had Old Republic as my home warranty company for nearly 6 years. They have replaced a refrigerator, microwave, water heater, and have fixed my washer, dryer, air conditioner units (many times) and leaky shower head under their warranty. They've always have come through although some of the work took some time to complete. Overall, a very good reputable company to work with.

Except for some long hold times on the phone, service was top notch. **** were helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Appointments with good providers and reliable. I was skeptical but they came through just fine.
