My garage door was having issues and didnt want to work usually in the middle of the day when it gets hot outside. They sent ****, and he was very nice and professional. Tested the system. He didnt have the replacement part with him, so he had to come back the following day to finish. Great job!

Unlike my previous warranty company, that left us without AC for over a month and didn't pay when I finally got fixed, Old Republic has always provided quick service on any repairs.

I've generally very satisfied with Old Republic, I have two minor complaints. 1. When they assign a provider for repairs, they don't appear to get an acknowledgement on lead times from them, nor do they follow up to find out if they are meeting their promise time of service. I've had a couple times with my pool equipment during 100+ temperature days either way too long of service date or not show up at all. I have Old Republic cover my home and pool for 12 years. I have never been disappointed with any of the repair services that has been assigned to fix any problem. Always very professional, explaining what was needed and then getting the problem repaired.

the process of repairing can take too long some cases, and I am still waiting for the resolution of the complaint I filed for wrong trade charge to one of my properties and still receive no answer.
