I submitted a request for service on the ORHP website, which was quick to assign an HVAC repair company when my A/C unit stopped cooling on a Thursday. I called the assigned company right away and they already had my information. They assigned a repair technician to arrive the next afternoon. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly (a failed capacitor) and had the new part with him (something he keeps in stock) and swapped out the parts quickly. They called me to schedule the service the same day and scheduled it within 2 days. The techs came out diagnosed the problem within minutes, came back two days later and fixed my dryer in about an hour. I was not expecting such fast service. Thank you very much!
