It took a while for the ** people to show up for my "noisy" compressor (they said they were a little busy) but once they showed up they checked out my system and said it was good. Only needed to replace a capacitor. Tech rep was very knowledgeable.

I'm a senior person and during the Nevada Heat Wave (average 114 temp), my AC/Heat Pump failed. Old Republic scheduled a service request visit within 3 days including the weekend. I would have preferred a service visit during the weekend, but AC providers were not available until early week. The AC provider: Absolute Comfort submitted the report to Old Repubic and was approved quickly. By weekend, a new Heat Pump (Condenser unit) was installed. Excellent service after I requested a second provider because the first one assigned to my repair couldn't schedule my repair when I needed it. Old Republic was very responsive to my request to assign another provider. The second provider did a great job. I was very pleased.

Ive been with ORHP for several years. They've fixed from minor things to mini major items. Never had any issues with them. Process has been really smooth and painfree. I would definitely recommend ORHP for home warranty protection. I will not use anyone else.
