I think that this company is the best home warrenty company out there . The are pretty user friendly, paid out competitive rates for things they can't fix and give customers alot of flexibility on the in network providers and they don't do horrible downgrading on appliances which we all know is just a baut and switch and they really do paid on fixing or replacing items even HVAC systems! Old Republic are the best. We've had a few things got wrong with our water heater, oven and air conditioner. Every time that we called Old Republic they had someone here within a day and once the same day and replaced our Water heater.
