There's no problem as far as requesting for a service and customer service, the difficulty sometimes is the availability of the contractors like with our AC problem. We had to wait for 5 days to have it fixed. Those were 3 digit days mostly. Then our garage door spring locked our cars in and the contractor was only available after 3 days. We have jobs to keep you know. But other than that, we've had good experience with them for 10 years now.

Submitted an online service request. The repair company was awful, so I had it switched to another vendor, which went very smoothly. Had the repair done in less than a week. Great job!
