BLUF: Cancel this can get your money back. If someone purchased for you cancel and get the money.Warranty was purchased buy the seller of our house. When we moved in had a leaking dish washer. Home inspector cleared it and said it was fine. In the home warranty documentation it says they may cover issues that were not known to the home inspector, seller, or buyer. When called they said they May but they wont. Said I didnt understand what was reading. Immediately canceled and got the money back. Recommend if this was purchase... read more

Im still dealing with my bathroom plumbing issues for over 3 months. J&l plumbing was horrible and the worst I ever dealt with since Ive been a customer of **********************.

I am trying to file a complaint with the better business bureau. I had home insurance with a previous company and they wouldn't replace since it wasn't leaking though ********** started leaking after the hurricanes. New insurance with Old Republic and paid the $100.00 to the plumbing company which criticized the "piping" to the water heater, though rusted said I could use it, but it did need to be replaced. If I could give a -0 I would. Stay away from this company. They send out sub standard companies to do the repairs. We have had multiple service calls for the same issue on appliances( never fixed), air conditioning ( never fixed) and bathroom fixtures-one company replaced the sink supply line with parts that now made the water undrinkable - horrible plastic taste and ORHP says they wont fix it .Then the shower.Almost a year later , 3 different plumbing companies and each time they came they broke the fixture in the shower mo... read more

A formal investigation into Old Republic Home Protection (ORHP) due to their continued misleading practices and unfair treatment of consumers. Recently, I was contacted by ORHP Manager *****, who, instead of providing a solution to my ongoing issue, shifted the blame to me as a consumer. I would like to echo the review made by **** K on 10.31.24. We had three washer/dryer technicians out to address a repair and, yes, we had to, also, pay each time for the technician to come out. I am very glad to hear that Old Republic's official response is that the service provider dispatched is supposed to fix the problem the first time, as we, also, would like to receive a call back from a specialist and a refund for at least one of the two extra call-out fees which should not have been necessary if repaired adequately t... read more

I have had three plumbers come to fix the leak on my water heater and have paid $100 for each one to come. My leak is finally fixed and now I do not have hot water pressure. I am not excited to call back and spend another $100 services call fee for another plumber to come out.

Poor customer service. Had no sense of urgency and seemed bothered by our calls. ******** contracted service providers. Seems to get worse every year but the prices continue to increase.

Inhad tjis warranty for 2+ years. Somecases positives but overall Very poor customer service and bad selection of contractors. They dont perform well done jobs. 2 weeks from now and my electrical issues exist. Have an appointment with other Contractor But they charged $$ anything with not regret.
