This was a bad experience. The provider was terrible. He was at the house for a total of 10 minutes. The reason for the service call was that our oven/stove was not working. He didn't do anything. He told us that the problem was electrical, and we needed to call an electrician. He didn't even pull the oven out. When we pulled it out, we saw that there was a loose wire that was connected to the stove. We tightened it up and the stove works perfectly. I have been having a furnace problem for several months now. We have had three different contractors working on the problem, and no one has solved the problem. They all say it's an old unit and needs to be replaced.They all have said that Old Republic doesn't like to replace HVAC units

We have three service calls pending with this firm and they have failed to perform on two on these service calls. I have spent tens of hours on the phone with various compartments of this firm without receiving the service requested or even a follow up.

I would give a zero if I could. Worst service ever!! They send out the most incompetent unprofessional people to work on your issue. However, they dont fix the issue.

He fixed the dishwasher. But the refrigerator was working for 1 day. The next day he Axis said they need to order a part an will be in in 7-9 days. He came back 7 days later with no part and said it's a different problem. He spoke very little to no ************* couldn't communicate with him. He moved the unit without clearing the top an broke a mug and a glass. Not professional at all.

4 years with this company and they lost my business forever. Believe the bad reviews. I put in a request for my hot water heater leaking yesterday morning. Last night after putting my son to bed I noticed water flooding under the door. The hot water heater was now flushing through the t&p valve. Its 10pm, orhp is closed, I call a 24hr plumber assuming since my home and hot water heater are warrantied by them, surely this emergency situation calls for emergency action. Nope. You call them and they make every effort to not help. I've been on the phone with them since Friday and here I am again trying to get my fridge fixed. They tell you they can transfer the service request to a competent in-network contractor then make every effort not to transfer to another contractor. Earlier one of the agents stated a microwave has the same urgency as a refrigerator. Make it make sense. They have conflicting information by different agents. Do not work with this company.

Totally disappointed with them. My garbage disposal stopped working in my new house, they denied the claim saying that it might have been broken earlier. The home inspection report says it was working. This should have been covered but they refused to do it and I ended up spending $550 for replacing my garbage disposal cause they recommended me to get it done by a certified plumber only.
