I know what my service fee is, but was perturbed that the contractor's bill was a lot less for the job he had to do. I could have saved money by just having someone come out on my own.

my experience with you is always the worst you hire the cheapest companies around and the work is terrible I've waited two weeks to get my air fixed and it's been 110 degrees. and my house is very hot. I am over 80 yrs old and its very had to be in this house for such a long time at these temps. I call the service people to see if they got the part and they dont return my call. I will never recommend old republic for warranty work you asked what i THINK, NOW YOU HAVE IT.

The hold time on the phone was extremely long so they said to make an appointment on their website. My warranty clearly said electrical plugs and switches were covered. So I scheduled a service call. When the repair man arrived he didnt even look at my issue. He simply said, oh thats not covered. And then they still made me pay the $85 service fee. I tried to dispute it, but they said I had to pay it. For fear of damaging my credit, I payed the stupid charge. They are crooks. Do not recommend.

Horrible company, would not recommend. Two different occasions had to pay $100 and then still had to come out of pocket because they dont cover etc.

The level of sub-contractors offered by this company is absolutely terrible. I have had an issue with almost every service provider they have assigned to my claims. The service call cost is very unreasonable including for service call where the outcome is "not covered by warranty." It took me 3 week to hear back from them regarding a billing question.

So first of all I dont recommend one republic at all they dont help me to pay for shit??? I got charged ****** ? Then yall a** holes still charge me the 100 bucks bravo. yall are trash why even consider yall selfs a business if yall dont help out at all????? Only for a fan that could of gotten at ********** for ****** I get charged ****** yea thats awesome u guys bravo ??

Requested service for AC that was not working. First company Old Republic sent said they could not find anything wrong. There was clearly something wrong so I requested Old Republic send another company for a 2nd evaluation. Within 10 minutes they found the issue with the duct work. Old Republic charged $100 for each visit ($200 total) and I paid $650 for the duct work to be repaired because it was only partially covered. Old Republic is the slowest company to resolve needs for WHAT WE PAID FOR!First, let me explain the reason and urgency for this complaint. I have a 6 month pregnant wife as well as a 7 year old, 10. year old, and 13 year old. The old Republic ***laced my dishwasher and not even a year the dishwasher they gave me is already broken and won't turn on. I only use my dishwasher occasionally. I called on July ******* and after almost 7 weeks I don't have a dishwasher. The company they hired to fix is stating they need to ***lace new parts.
