THEY REFUSED TO HAVE A CUSTOM BUILT MICROWAVE REPLACED BECAUSE THEY HAD TO REPLACE AN AIR CONDITIONER THIS YEAR AFTER 5 SERVICE CALLS AND THE PROVIDERS SAID IT CAN NOT BE FIXED AND HAD TO BE REPLACED

Loved Old Republic and how they handled our issues. Until you actually need their service then they refuse to renew your contract after an AC claim. You offer a service and then punish a multi year customer for using it.

Terrible company, still have yet to receive anything in writing. We have been without an oven since 10/31. They expect us to go buy an oven and then send them the bill. Yet we dont even have that in writing. They tell us our oven is too expensive to give us options up to **** because that would be a downgrade, yet our policy apparently can only provide up to **** and we need to purchase an oven **** and under. This company is a joke! They dupe people into buying this so much need home warranty but they dont cover anything! My roof was leaking.. I called and they said they do not cover that. We needed insulation in our gas heater furnace so carbon monoxide doesnt kill us.. Guess what? They dont cover that either. We needed the shutoff valve to the toilet to be fixed because is to close to the toilet and we can not open it or closed it, and this company said is not covered because it has to be rerouted! **************** rep was great but i never received a follow up email with details regarding next steps for the service call. I had to call back and be connected to the provider and then schedule the service call.

Range/oven went out Thanksgiving day while cooking five casseroles and a turkey. Luckily my dressing, green bean casserole and ****** were done, but two out of the five were not and had to be thrown away. Thank goodness we had something to eat for the holiday. I waited to contact ORHP until black Friday knowing it was Thanksgiving Day and nothing could be done. The plumber came out and could not find the leak. I have pictures of the water heater and where it was leaking. Additionally I had to purchase the water heater and install it myself. Total sham.

Waited for 10 days for toilet replacement but no one came. Called Old Republic multiple times and they didn't do anything but telling me to wait. The last time I called, they got impatient and hung up my phone

Every contractor this has sent to my home has done shotty work at best. U havehad the same contractor come 3 tmes for the same problem. A simple backed up pipe. Well when i called a new contractor they ran a camera down the drain and actually found the problem. I am out of Old Republic' s terrible choice of screenng contractors. Unfortunately, it was the company that was given when the hime was purchased.
