I ordered from a Omaha Steaks add I saw online and waited a little over a month ago but shortly after I ordered I got a email from someone who wasn't Omaha steaks called "marx meats" saying they were preparing my order. Food quality is NOT my issue. Customer service is. November 2023 my husband and I wanted to give Omaha steaks as Christmas gifts to many people. We were not able to place the order online (information on the order did not display correctly.) We went to an Omaha steak store where a very nice and personable young man took our order. I have been buying for years from this company! I buy for my staff. Last year they screwed my order. So this year i kept track of everything a $2000.00 order. Waited with staff for there present and guess what it did'nt show called omaha and they tell me they screwed up the order. They could get it to me 8 days later what a shit show they have become. I called to get at least an apology and was told " do you want it or Not"

Although there are a couple of items that had taste, the serving sizes are extremely small. The risotto is absolutely horrible. The texture and taste of the pork chops is strange and tasteless. The steaks are tasteless and small. In general buying Omaha products are a waste of money. I'm very disappointed and will pass along my opinion to others. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to stop receiving texts and emails from this company. I have tried several times to unsubscribe unsuccessfully. Its obvious they play this game to prevent you from leaving. I actually spoke to a live representative at Omaha and it took HIM 10 minutes yo remove me and he still wasn’t sure if it worked. Well it didn’t! I will never buy anything from this company again due to the unethical treatment of customers. Plus the meat is overpriced and sucks

My wife prior to our marriage has been ordering Omaha Steaks meats since 2015. We have continued since we have been married. We took a Beef Roast out of our freezer, cooked it for our 2023 Christmas meal and had to throw more than a third in the trash as it was total FAT. My wife called customer service, they had no record of her ever having ordered a Beef Roast, however we have many Omaha Steaks beef roasts in the freezer. All I get is the run around from Omaha Steaks- ordered a package for a Christmas gift. The recepient did not receive the full package that was on the order form. Omaha was to send the products not received-never shipped! Now I am looking for a refund since the did not make this right. Terrible customer service- they don’t follow thru with what they promise.

I ate the filet minion wrapped in smoked bacon with the potatoes and apple pie and have nausea and indigestion . I wish I could vomit so I can sleep After about an 5 hours still sick. Food would not digest in my stomach. Don’t recommend this company’s products. After ordering on there application I noticed my order was wrong and had to call to set them right.

I tracked my steak and chicken family bundle, I was under the impression these were from America and my tracking shows its coming from Hong Kong China, I live in Michigan , I thought it would only take 1-5 days for shipping now from China it says Jan 12-22 ordered on Dec.16th I feel I was ripped off but wont know till I receive the package cant get ahold of customer service
