I am still awaiting a call from a manager, as told I would within 24 to 48 hours because I canceled service September 27th. I expect a full refund per the Orkin Guarantee, but I am still being billed! I am on autopay and now being told I still owe the balance that's due October 9th for $82.75, even though I've had no service in October, and I paid $71.25 for September, and a whopping $223 to start it in August!! I signed up for or kin to treat outbuilding for rodents bimonthly they did it twice so I cancelled and people at marion Illinios are rude and did not even come to my house last time they said they did .there wasn't any bait anywhere that they said to have placed The times that they did come was always someone different do not use orkin from Marion Ip

They do the absolute minimum and if you don't stay on top of them. They'll do nothing and give a receipt. I need to keep pointing out the problems. Which is fine .:. But when they see stuff and don't do anything unless they're told just means they're horrible business and try to do the absolute minimum. Currently loving to another company

The Oak Park Illinois office manager and inspector were not responsive. I had two appointments a week a part. A man was supposed to check my termite traps. He didn't show up. When I called the office I was told his car broke down. That was the first appointment. I had waited more than 2 hours for an 8-10 AM appointment. I rescheduled to today. I arranged an appointment for cockroach treatment between orkin and my tenant here in Lincolnwood. They offered an extended plan that consists of regular monthly appointments, but tell the customer that you can discontinue the service after the 2nd appointment. Orkin gave the tenant and I an appointment window of four to six and I showed up at three pm. Horrible experience. Made my initial call on a Tuesday, finally on Thursday the inspector, Dominique, called me up to make an appointment, which could not be until the following Monday at 9:00am. At 9:20 on Monday, I receive a call that she is leaving the office and will be there in 20 minutes. At 9:55, after I took 2 minute bathroom back, I saw 2 missed calls and promptly returned them. The service used to be prompt. However no one showed for my past scheduled service. I was told they didn't have me scheduled even though I received both a text and confirmation email on my time and date slot. They rescheduled for another day and time and no the tech is running an hour behind. I will be finding another service. Terrible customer service

2 no shows and no one called back to remedy or apologize. the whole branch was emailed by the customer service call center team and still no one called us either times. spent over an hour on the phone between 5 separate calls in 3 days.

I had an appointment scheduled for the morning in between 8-10. No one showed, up so I called to inquire. The manager got on the call and apologized but the inspector was off. The company failed to call me in the morning or the day before to let me know. The manager then asked if I would be available next week, I had already rearraged my schedule to be home for this appointment. I should have looked at the reviews before hand, go with any other pest control option.
