I went with Orkin based on my neighbor's recommendation. My initial phone call to set up the service on 09/29 went well and my first service was set for 10/08. I received a call from the technician that afternoon after my appointment window had passed and he claimed he hadn't seen my appointment until then, plus he was out of supplies so he had to reschedule for Monday. If it were possible to rate lower than 1 star I absolutely would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THEIR OTHER LOCATIONS!!! They have configured their service into a money-making scam at the expense of the homeowners. I established a maintenance account for repeat service every 3 months with the understanding that each appt. would be scheduled in advance with the company so that I can be home to let the service person in to spray. Awful horrible service i paid 350 for 30 day service to get rid of rats. They came and examined the house and pointed out all the entry points that rats were entering but for some reason they sprayed tandem insecticide that we did not ask for and does not target the rodent issue that we specifically indicated was the problem. They said they would come the next day to seal all the entry points THEY DID NOT COME BACK i scheduled another appointment and they charged me $55 FOR A SERVICE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO THE FIRST VISIT.... read more

Hired them monthly for Mosquito control. Asked the technician Sammy to spray the foundation line only, but he consistently sprayed the windows, walls and everything but the foundation line. The chemicals ruined my exterior paint and I had to hose off and scrub the walls and clean all of my windows, before more damage was done. Noticed the mess in the front of the house before he got to the back and asked him to leave. They keep increasing prices and quality of service keeps going down. I observed the technician spending 3 minutes in my property and charging me $70 for visit. After canceling my contract with them they charged me an extra month. These people are not to be trusted.
