They keep increasing prices and quality of service keeps going down. I observed the technician spending 3 minutes in my property and charging me $70 for visit. After canceling my contract with them they charged me an extra month. These people are not to be trusted.
I decided to use this company. Very pleasant experience in reserving appointment, so much so that I was willing to pay the $1,100 cost for them to manage pest issue on the property. NOW LET ME EXPLAIN WHY YOU SHOULD NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ORKIN....I left work early on the day of my appointment so that I was there well before my scheduled time of service. Very disappointed. Kenyon was rude--very rude. As a first-time customer trying to figure everything out, he was not helpful at all. I am currently on hold to cancel my service. From the moment he stepped into my apartment he had an attitude. This shouldn't be his job if he doesn't want to interact with people and help them understand the process that they are paying for. I will never use Orkin again.

Extremely disappointed with the awful, careless and disrespectful service so I cannot recommend them. The person who was sent did the exact opposite of what was asked and I did not receive the actual service that I was charged for. Please use a different company
