For the positive comments, they are very responsive and came out pretty fast which was great. The wait was only a few days. The technician was also super nice and addressed everything I asked him to. They sprayed the exterior perimeter of my house for spiders and removed all webs. Within a few days so many webs were back. When the technician returned within one week for the follow up, he cleaned the webs yet again, but said it was too soon to spray again. Within two days of the follow up, the webs are back yet again. I am surprised to see all these negative reviews. When Orkin came to check my house they were very informative and helpful. They treated our place and took the time to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them.

Today ORKIN ,from location #811 came to my home. Phillip was prompt, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I explained my concerns and he listened . Phillip explained what he was going to do, and why he was doing I do this particular service. I returned 2 hours later and have not seen any more insects. Excellent job. I would definitely recommend Phillip . Thank you Phillip for a job well done.

We just moved into our new house and we're having issues with Brown Recluse Spiders, Jumping Spiders, Wasps and other small creepy crawlers. Someone recommended Orkin, thank GOD!! I did my review search and there was one review that stood out with praise about a technician named Devin Thigpen.
