Orkin SUCKS. They charged me $249 to spray for gnats. I still have gnats. They came two times and I still have gnats. Don't waste your time and your money. They are a scam.

First, they said they could not inspect a building unless all the units were inspected at the same time. This was the first lie. They only inspected 3/4 units. They sent an 'inspector' who didn't know anything about one of the treatments he ended up recommending! He had to call his office 3 times during the visit to ask if various ... read more

I don't even know where to start with this company. I called to reschedule service, I made sure to tell the customer service agent that nobody would be able to open the door because my parents are elderly and I will not be able to be there. The technician still showed up 20 minutes before his appointment, never called me, this property has 100 units, so I am not sure who he called because he put in his notes nobody was home??? I am just wondering who he was calling. He said he fumigated certain floors, the mailroom which ... read more

orkin pest control is a big old name but their branch in san bernardino office seems not functional well to me. One of their termite inspector came over recently, he only checked at the spot (termites) where i pointed it out to him, then no where else in the house, patio or the garage he checked for termits. He then gave me a quote for the whole house including the garage. by the way the garage size was measured bigger than it is, untill i spoke out.
