I'm writing this review 3 years later because that's how awful their service was. I was never the one to post reviews, but I always told myself that if I did, it would be about my experience with Orkin customer service. Totally unreliable and irresponsible. First, the representative, Daniel, showed up over an hour late for the initial appointment. Then, he didn't deliver the test report in an hour as promised. I waited four days before I called him to find out what happened. He promised to get it to me by the end of the day, still nothing. I called headquarters who keep telling me they're going to escalate it. It's been a week and I still haven't gotten a response. They just say they're going to escalate it, like I need a pacifier. Totally unreliable and irresponsible. First, the representative, Daniel, showed up over an hour late for the initial appointment. Then, he didn't deliver the test report in an hour as promised. I waited four days before I called him to find out what happened. He promised to get it to me by the end of the day, still nothing. Orkin SUCKS. They charged me $249 to spray for gnats. I still have gnats. They came two times and I still have gnats. Don't waste your time and your money. They are a scam.

Denise K. Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, CA 1 star rating.png 2/2/2024 STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could give them a '0' I would!!! First, they are extremely incompetent and dishonest! First, they said they could not inspect a building unless all the units were inspected at the same time. This was the first lie. They only inspected 3/4 units. They sent an 'inspector' who didn't know anything about one of the treatments he ended up recommending! He had to call his office 3 times during the visit to ask if various ... read more

I don't even know where to start with this company. I called to reschedule service, I made sure to tell the customer service agent that nobody would be able to open the door because my parents are elderly and I will not be able to be there. The technician still showed up 20 minutes before his appointment, never called me, this property has 100 units, so I am not sure who he called because he put in his notes nobody was home???
