Shout out to Glenn and Bill, my Orkin guys! I'm not sure which location is their home base and I don't know their last names, but if you use Orkin and you get Glenn or Bill, you're a lucky person. Bill was responsible for my monthly home visits, then Glenn started. They are both amazing and go above and beyond their job to keep my home rodent and pest free! And they both have a great sense of humor :-)
So VERY Expensive when you can get better service from a Ma and Pa Outfit. The Termite Fumigation side is Sub Contracted out. We got the same service for half the price

The inspection was very cursory and not very thorough. I had another company inspect and they found damaged areas that this company said were okay. Don't think I will be calling them back.
I called Orkin to help with a mouse problem in my house. They charged me $250 upfront and put me on a $51.50/month plan for follow-ups and inspections. Despite months of service, the mice were never dealt with--I'm still hearing them in my attic. I finally canceled my subscription last month and specifically asked them not to charge my credit card again. However, I just discovered another charge on my account. Impossible to get ahold of through email as noone answers and then when you call the number listed your on hold until the hangup on you and if you request a call back they hang up on you there aswell before you can leave information. Might be the one of the worst services iv ever used
