This company came and sprayed toxic chemicals on our property, without our knowledge, while we along with our pet and children were all on site. When we called to find out the name of the chemicals used onsite, they refused to release any information, despite the fact this is illegal under California law, because they are under contract with our shady landlord. They have the worst customer Service I have ever experienced.... If I wasn't in a contract , I would Definitely never use them again. I will make sure I let everyone know not to use this company!!! Please do not be fooled by the specials. It's not worth it.!!!!! I wish I didn't even have to give one sthey deserve none.!

First visit they did a partial service; blaming the customer for not having wet soil (which was never discussed prior to the work date that this needed to be done). Why is the customer responsible for preparing for a termite treatment anyway, isn't this the professional's responsibility? On the 2nd visit more excuses about why they could not complete the job. So VERY Expensive when you can get better service from a Ma and Pa Outfit. The Termite Fumigation side is Sub Contracted out. We got the same service for half the price
