I had the best experience coming to David maus Volkswagen! I just relocated and needed to find a dealership where I felt comfortable and not pressured into anything I didn't want. I came in and met Ajay. he was very friendly, Had good customer service and knew exactly what he what he was talking about. I came in a few weeks later to finalize my options and was also helped by Youssef, where I test drove the new 2013 cc (which I fell in love with!) passatt, and jetta. I finally decided to buy out my CC and finalized everything... read more

I had difficulty at another dealership with an employee price for a specific vehicle I was in the market for. the salesman and manager didnt give enough effort i believe to sell me the car at the right price. it was for that reason that i knew David Maus North would help me. they have always offered me the best deal on a new or used vehicle while i was in the market and have the best customer service in the area. This is one of the best dealership I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with, from the minute we pulled up in the parking lot we were greeted. Our salesman Mark McDonald was fantastic, he was very informative and helpful, Paola was icing on the cake.

My best experience in the US buying a car. I had previously bought a new Jeep and Audi and this experience with everyone that I dealt with was excellent, with minimum stress or hassle. May be I am just getting older too and becoming comfortable with this potentially stressful situation when purchasing a car for $30k but I must say everyone that I spoke to was knowledgeable, polite and up-front about everything. There was no hard sell, that would have turned me off, and the dealership really does try very hard to make the cus... read more

We leased a car through David Maus Volkswagen about six months ago and had a fantastic experience with Mark McDonald and team. When we decided it was time for a second new car, we knew we wanted to go through them again because of the great experience we had with them the first time. The staff was very nice, knowledgeable and very helpful. We were given a good trade in amount for the old car. We highly recommend buying a car with them!

Great job showing me the vehicle. Friendly knowledgable. It took his time and let me thoroughly test drive the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about Volkswagen and the features of the car.

These guys at David Maus VW on Lee Road are fantastic. I usually don't like the car buying process. I dealt with many people at the dealership. Everybody was great. They were very organized and my trade allowance was quite fair. Thank you Scott and David for going the extra mile and making my family feel comfortable. Simply the best!
