I called and started with Hadi in sales who is FAB and he turned me over to Matt the Batt,sales manager, that knew I didn't have time for nonsense, Matt and David L, set everything up for me to come in and sign & drive. And Paola is kind and caring, she takes care of everything for you appointments, tickets to Universal , yes really!!!! The staff at David Maus Volkswagen has SWAG BABY.......

I had difficulty at another dealership with an employee price for a specific vehicle I was in the market for. the salesman and manager didnt give enough effort i believe to sell me the car at the right price. it was for that reason that i knew David Maus North would help me. they have always offered me the best deal on a new or used vehicle while i was in the market and have the best customer service in the area. This is one of the best dealership I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with, from the minute we pulled up in the parking lot we were greeted. Our salesman Mark McDonald was fantastic, he was very informative and helpful, Paola was icing on the cake.

My best experience in the US buying a car. I had previously bought a new Jeep and Audi and this experience with everyone that I dealt with was excellent, with minimum stress or hassle. May be I am just getting older too and becoming comfortable with this potentially stressful situation when purchasing a car for $30k but I must say everyone that I spoke to was knowledgeable, polite and up-front about everything. We leased a car through David Maus Volkswagen about six months ago and had a fantastic experience with Mark McDonald and team. When we decided it was time for a second new car, we knew we wanted to go through them again because of the great experience we had with them the first time. The staff was very nice, knowledgeable and very helpful. We were given a good trade in amount for the old car. We highly recommend buying a car with them!

These guys at David Maus VW on Lee Road are fantastic. I usually don't like the car buying process. I dealt with many people at the dealership. Everybody was great. They were very organized and my trade allowance was quite fair. Thank you Scott and David for going the extra mile and making my family feel comfortable. Simply the best!

I was referred to David Maus Volkswagen North to purchase my new vehicle. I have had bad experiences in the past with dealerships and was concerned when I arrived about having that experience all over again. I am absolutely sold on David Maus VW North!!! My experience was very comfortable, relaxed and Scott was highly knowledgeable about the product I purchased as well as extremely courteous and attentive.
