Everybody was very friendly and very professional. Product knowledge was excellent and he exhibited a willingness to share the information in a way that was easily understood.
Right after the first of the year we shopped several brands of cars. My family had the best experience at David Maus VW. They were very friendly and prices were fair. I did not know that David Maus VW on Lee Road was such a nice store. The Volkswagen brand is so nice and they have made so many improvements. Anyone looking for a VW or a nice used car I would tell to go to Lee Road VW store! Thank you!!!
Purchasing a new car is a task in life I always dread. From the second I walked into the store I was given a warm greeting and quickley put at ease. Both Scott and Joseph made this process very comfortable. They were amazing, explained everything in simple terms that made complete sense and I never second guessed my decisions nor felt any buyer regret/remorse. The customer service was amazing. I finally got around to writing this review (after almost 6 months) because a friend asked me a good place to buy a car and it reminded me of my experience. It was such a pleasure working with Scott. Purchased a vehicle awhile ago but now finally taking the time to write this. Scott and John were professional and gave great service. John was ver friendly and and Scott Doshan the GSM was the best manager I've ever had the pleasure to work with. He changed my opinion of buying a car. Thanks to Scott and John I am a David Maus VW customer for life. There store on Lee Rd was easy to find.
It was awesome working with Scott Doshan. He couldn't have been more honest and friendly. He didn't try to hide anything or mislead me in any way. It would be great if all sales people were like him. It would make buying a new car a much more enjoyable experience.
