The repair cost me more than expected .I feel that I was not provided a fair discount or explained clearly what it consisted of because for them to reset my computer system I thought is something that is automatically done and it did not make sense to charge me an estimate if your doing the repair.
They didn't do the work they said they was suppose.

Nick was horrible and extremely rude and unfriendly. My appointment was at 9:00am to get my 2 front windows tinted. I was the only customer waiting for that service to be done. By 12:15 they had not even started my car. The tiny man was working on other tiny jobs and those customer were not even there. The sales department even went over and asked Nick to do my car next. Highly disappointed. Second suv from this dealership but this time around there was nothing detailed on the suv. There was sticky gunk in both front seat tracks, stains on the seats, stains on the headliner, sticky food stuck to seat belt, dirty floors, stuff stuck to the carpet, dirty cabin air filter. Looked and smelt like it hadn't been changed in over a year, the rear ac vent is missing the center control piece. Never showed me car fax, they email it to me a week after purchase!
Had to pay $520 for them to replace a battery labor was $180. Maybe they need smarter people to replace the battery in less time.

Service was bad was not told about certain things that were done. The service rep said he had no knowledge of any work that was done.
