Not satisfied Im very displeased by my experience with this company where satisfaction concern. I leases a 2016 Passat, where the price they gave me for I saw the same car the there website cheaper. A day after My wife who own 2011 Jetta which she got brand new for VW. Saw a better deal at autonation which I basically get way MORE for less.. Service department is over priced and does not care about cu I went to the dealership to drop off my car for an oil change. I only have one car so the dealership drove me to work and dropped me off. The dealership promised to pick me up at 4 o'clock that afternoon. I called at about 1 o'clock to verify my pick up appointment. No one came to pick me up. I was stranded. David Maus VW N may be guilty of Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices, Failure to honor purchase order, Breach of purchase order contract bait & switch. Adding over $5,000 worth of un-needed options to first purchase order. GM never called to offer assistance.
STAY FAR AWAY My 2014 Jetta turned off while driving it two days in a row. I got it towed this Tuesday to David Maus. Got a call from Karen after the car got to their dealer and told me it would be a $106 charge to even look at the car. I agreed to what she wanted to charge. Got multiples phone calls from Karen throughout the day Thursday insisting that I need to change my tires even after I told her twice I was not interested in having them change my tires. Cheating lieing theives Sold us a used car advertised and told us everything was in great working order, new brakes, new rotors, all sorts of new stuff. None of it was the truth, infact far from it. I had to have pads and rotors put on not even 2k miles down the road. Car developed a power steering whine not even 2 weeks later, when confronted they refused to even take a look at it. Bad Service We have been having all kinds of problems with servicing our WV Beetle in this dealership. The car just won't stop breaking... and when we take it to the dealer they would always find something in addition to what is causing the problem and overcharge us to replace/"fix" it. We must have spent $2000+ on repairs and have owned the vehicle for little over a year now.... and the car keeps on breaking... As a student, I wanted a car that was great on gas, low on maintenance, big on value & also has a time-tested motor. The 2 cars that fits my criteria were the Honda Civic and the VW Jetta. I chose to purchase the Jetta b/c I was already accustomed to German Engineering. I visited David Maus VW on Lee Road in Orlando to complete my purchase and it was by far the worst car buying experience that I have encountered in my life. I went to this dealership today to sell my 2008 VW Jetta. My transaction was handled by a young man (unfortunately I don't remember his name, however, my issue was elevated to the used sales manager, Jason Acker) who has forever tarnished my image of not only David Maus VW but of the entire brand. In December, I was in the market for new automobile. I had narrowed it down it down to three manufacturers. I visited David Maus North after receiving a call as a result of an Internet inquiry. Ahmad was busy so he had me work with Mark.
