I bought a new car and came damage and the VW dealership don't want to exchange the car and this is the 4th time that I bring my car to dealership to fix something. Very dissapointed.
I believe that they are posting low priced cars to get you there then say car is not available. No follow up and terrible customer service.
They took more that 1hour for a filter and oil change. Supposed to have an appointment at 10:30 and they took more than half an hour to have the car done. No vacuum cleaners service. No body says good morning on arrival. My service advisor just says -in a moment Ill be with you, and never came back.
Service manager wasn't very polite and dealer didn't seem to know how to work with the cars warranty company. Service advisor was great tho.
