VW South did not do all of the services listed for the 60,000 mile maintenance they failed to rotate my tires and were extremely unprofessional and disorganized

Sat there for almost 2 hours for them to tell me that they were working on another car, was going to take longer than they thought and it would be better to come back!

Had my car towed in to their service department on Dec. 16th. They worked on it off and on for a month. The service dept. didn't call me back when I call about an update on my car. It took them 1 month to FINALLY get my car done. When I picked it up they had not up the back seat into place. It was standing up against the front and they had left tools in the area where the seat should have been secured. AWEFUL AWEFUL EXPERIENCE with this service department!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Always a bad experience when I go for an oil change. I go in for something, walk out with another problem.
Problems were not addressed rather just temporarily addressed and then rose back up a few days later.
I went 2 times for rotation they said they changed my tires but they didn't The reason why I say they didn't change it because I marked them
the service this time was very bad, it took almost two months to fix the car problem and the advisor in charge, Mr. Mike Lombardi, had a very bad and rude attitude
Horrible , dishonest , unprofessional.
The sales person was great and answered all of questions. Other than that, typical shady car dealership experience. They wouldn't honor a promotional rate their dealership participated in with TrueCar, they gave me a different price for the vehicle in their own documents, and finally would not take my external financing. Instead forced me to go with their partnered financing at a higher rate which I will be refinancing ASAP. Would not buy another car from this dealership.
